Create an AI Letter

AI Letters use a prompt template (instead of a fixed document template) to generate the letter content using AI. (See Creating AI Letter Prompts for how to build one.)

Generating AI letters requires funds in your company's wallet, since each generation consumes tokens. (See Understanding the Wallet & Adding Funds for details.)

1. Go to the dispute
Inside the client's Disputes tab, open the dispute you want to add a letter to.

2. Start a new AI letter
Click Create Letter with AI.

3. Step 1: Select Template
Choose the AI prompt template you want to use, then click Next.

4. Step 2: Select accounts to dispute
On the left sidebar, filter accounts by type: All Accounts, Negative Accounts, or a specific negative account type (Collections, Chargeoff, Late Payments, Inquiries, Personal, Bankruptcy). In the grid, check the accounts you want to dispute for each bureau (Transunion, Experian, Equifax).

5. Select documents to attach
Choose which client documents to include: SSN Document, ID Document, Utility Bill, or Select All.

6. Step 3: Choose bureaus to send
Select which bureau(s) will receive the letter. This step controls both your strategy and your token cost:

  • Send each bureau only its own accounts — lower token cost, since each letter only includes the data relevant to that bureau.

  • Send all 3 bureaus' data to each bureau separately — useful when your strategy relies on identifying discrepancies between bureaus, but increases token cost, since the same combined data is sent multiple times (once per instance).

7. Finish
Click Finish to generate the letter(s) based on your selections.
